Multi-Chambered, honeycomb pattern main frame in Pennsylvania

Multi-Chambered, honeycomb pattern main frame for enhanced thermal and structural performance.

Weather stripping is located wherever vinyl touches vinyl, prevents dirt dust and pollen from coming into the home and gives the window a better seal. Three types of seals are used: bulb seal, weather stripping, and wool pile pads.

Main frame depth of 3 ¼ inches. Most common size pocket for making replacement installs easier.

Sash Stop prevents top sash from traveling all the way to the sill and prevents coil balance from being over extended. Increasing longevity of the coil balance.

Five degree slope sill design allows for water to run away from the window façade through the offset water runoffs

Double Pane and Triple Pane glass options available with Low E and Argon. Double Pane glass is not eligible for Federal Tax rebate. Triple Pane glass is eligible for Federal Tax rebate

Double strength glass in both Double and Triple pane glass windows. Double Strength glass is stronger lasts longer and holds up to weathering better.

Foam tape and head expander come standard and assist with an easier installation and energy efficiency.

Warm Edge Spacer separates the panes of glass sealing off the air cavity between them and reduces thermal bridge from inside to outside.

Deflection Shield increases the strength of the sill and helps to prevent sash deflection and bowing during a storm

Lift rails allow sash to be lowered or opened to allow for ventilation or to tilt in for cleaning.

Low profile, recessed camlocks. When window is over 24 inches wide there will be 2 locks and they will lock in opposing directions to ensure a uniform seal in center.

Fusion welds used on every corner of the window. They are stronger and have a lower profile than other windows.

Night latch prevents window from opening more than a few inches for ventilation and safety.

Beveled frame to hide track for screen, cuts down whistling caused by cross winds on the home and gives the window the window a better curb appeal.

Grids offered in both top, and top and bottom sashes.
